I have decided to study in my spare time, so I recently contacted a distance learning university in order to find out which courses are available, and whether any particular ones would suit me best. I spoke to a cousin of mine about it, because she has a degreee from one of them, and she gave me lots of useful advice. The only decision I have to make now is about which subject in particular I will be taking.

I don’t have any specific goal at the end of this, such as improvements to my career, for example. I only know that I didn’t apply myself at school when I was younger, and this represents a great way to prove to myself that I can do it. I was always way too interested in just drifting through my school years, and getting home at the end of the day to listen to pop music on the radio.
