Naan is an Indian delicacy of baked flat bread. It is a very delicious meal in itself and heres a simple Garlic Naan Recipe that’s compatible with any type of dish you prepare. To get the right consistency, make sure that you have enough time for your flour mixture to rise about 3 to 4 hours. Add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Add oil and yogurt and mix well. Dissolve the yeast in a tablespoon of warm water and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Mix the yeast in your flour mixture and knead carefully. Make bread dough that is a bit sticky but not too dry. You may also add water if needed. Let the mixture sit for about 3-4 hours and let it rise. Knead your dough one more time for a couple of minutes. Divide your dough into 6 to 8 parts and sprinkle over chopped garlic. Make a pita shape out of the dough balls by flattening them and baking in the oven at the right temperature.

Growing up as a child in the 1980′s I was quite familiar with Link and his trials and tribulations along the way trying to save Princess Zelda. Out of all the items I have from those years I love my Zelda t shirts I collected. I had one that had Link as a young boy in the beginning of the game with his sword in hand ready for battle. But we all recall that the more into the game you became the stronger and more advanced Link became. On his trip to conquer Ganon you would need to build him up even more by acquiring the Master Sword and Light Arrows. I can remember my brother and I sitting ‘criss cross applesauce’ on the floor on Saturday morning playing for hours, or until my mother told us to shut it off that is. These are memories that will be with me forever.

I thought I would try and be a bit different this year for our wedding anniversary. I always do chocolates and flowers then a meal, even I am getting bored with ut. So this year I am going all out and we are doing something different.

I have booked us a three day trip to London, it includes a four star hotel, The Wizard of Oz matinee tickets and tickets to some art galleries. I think we will be able to get some shopping in and of course we will be able to eat wherever we want to.

I really hope that Kathy appreciates all this as it is costing me a small fortune. I suppose if you work out how little I have spent over the years on presents then this is an absolute bargain. The main thing is that we have a good time, I am also going to suggest we turn our cell phones off. I know the kids mean well but they will phone us a million times over the weekend and it just ends up being a distraction.
