I’ve been waiting for some new photo books to arrive for quite a while now. I placed the order a few weeks ago, and was told at the time that they would be a maximum of two weeks. It’s already been a week over that already, and I’ve been in touch with the finishing company quite a few times to see if anything’s the matter. They explained that while the actual processing has been fine, the factory they use to manufacture the final books has been experiencing some problems recently. The finishing company also explained that they are trying to find a new factory at short notice to handle a back log of orders, and will let me know as soon as new items are being released. I was also offered a refund on the photo books, and was advised that they were doing everything they could to get them on to me.
