Hardgainer Project X – Seriously Dude?

2010
09.02

I still remember the day when my best friend saw me after a break of 3 months…his jaw dropped! 3 months ago all he knew me as was a tall skinny guy who had no muscle definition whatsoever. When he looked at me after this break of 3 months all he could say was “seriously dude?”.

In these 3 months I had totally changed my diet and I started working out by following a program called Hardgainer Project X. This program was designed to add massive amounts of muscle mass to guys who had trouble with gaining weight in the past.

Created by Jeff Anderson, this program has worked for thousands of skinny guys and totally transformed them by replacing scrawn with brawn. Building muscle is an easy process when you have the right system and steps in place. All you need to do is take action and you will achieve the body of your dreams. So if you’re skinny, Hardgainer Project X may be the answer you are looking for.

Two-eyes Open In Combat Gain The Edge

2010
08.24

Technology has changed with the times and so have combat techniques. Being able to see with both eyes open in everyday life comes naturally for most of use. In combat it is just as important to be able to see with both eyes open. Many optics used by military and law enforcement in the past required that the shooter to close one eye in order to use the optic mounted on their rifle or carbine. EOTech sights have changed the theory in optical sight design. EOTech, now a division of L3 Communications has developed a HOLOgraphic Weapons Sight that features a heads-up full view technology display. The heads-up display eliminates blinds spots and allows both eyes to remain open while in use. Known as the EOTech HWS, these gun sights use state-of-the-art digital electronics with twenty brightness settings that ensure proper brightness in any light condition. EOTech’s magic is the use of a holographic aiming reticle. EOTech makes military, law enforcement and sports/hunting HWS. Many of the EOTech military gun sights such as the model 552 and 553 are compatible with night vision devices and are built rugged. Many of the EOTech red dot sights have been standardized by the DEA, ATF and FBI SWAT. The EOTech 512 is a very popular model with law enforcement as well as civilian shooting sports enthusiasts. The EOTech model 512 is used by many AR15 owners for target shooting and Three Gun Matches.

Classes And Programs On How To Jump Higher

2010
07.22

Numerous gym classes are now being taught on how to jump higher. It seems weird right. But there’s so much that goes into this than you might realize. There are a multitude of motions and activities that have to happen correctly and in synchronization in order for a jump to be a success. For one, you’ll need to figure out how to launch properly. There’s the full jump, which involves, obviously, more thrust. And that involves strengthening your quads a good deal. You might even need weight training. It’s pretty involved. Then there are the jumps that really just call for you heel area and your calves. These are the jumps that we often use in basketball. These jumps are really useful in everyday life as well. Vertical height is always the objective, and the more the more successful. Many of these programs are practically a guarantee that you’ll improve on this measure.
